The What: A keen interest in intelligent sequencing is the thread that moves through a practice layered with breathwork, asana, mantra, visualization, contemplation and meditation. An intuitive sense of the channels of the physical and pranic body, a compassionate sense of the mental and energetic state of the room, and a commitment to refining and purifying my intuitive body leads to a class designed for those who show up on the mat that day, and is always instructed in a way that is open to all levels – can be as challenging as you are willing to make it, and as simple as linking the breath and the body… The Intention: for students to develop their own home practice by providing snackable takeaways and to experience the profound power of the science of yoga by the skillful means provided to me through my teachers so that the intention to commit to the practice grows in the hearts and minds of each student. Help you discover your inner guru and awaken your unique yoga. The How: 200 hour 2010 with Open Source Yoga: Daniel Clement (Ashtanga Vinyasa) and Elissa Gumushel (Anusara) in BC, Canada. Currently completing 300 hours training with Parayoga (200 hours complete) for 500 hour. Influences: Tibetan Buddhism, Jeet Kun Do, Anusara, Jivamukti, Heart of Yoga, Sri Vidya, Trainings: ChildLight, Anusara, Prison Yoga Project, ParaYoga and my daily practice of Yoga. The Who: Heather runs Aumbase, inc together with spouse, beloved Marc Titus. Creating platforms and nurturing relationships that facilitate awakening yoga is the mission. Namaste

Geoffrey Taylor is a Vinyasa Yoga teacher from Flagstaff who began practicing there as a child and teaching there years later in 1998. The next year he began classes in Sedona. Starting soon after that he was invited to teach around the US and abroad while maintaining Northern AZ as a base. In 2005 he started using Integral Vinyasa as the title to his classes, based on synthesizing the various forms of Vinyasa: Ashtanga, flow yoga, power yoga, etc. In 2006 he Created and opened the Northern Arizona Yoga Center in Flagstaff. The next ten years of teaching were spent refining his system and method, training teachers, and collaborating on several Yoga projects around the globe. Geoffrey is a teacher that inspires all levels of students and abilities, yet his classes are difficult and therefore rewarding. Students are taught compassion instead of competition, which leads to greater levels of health, wellness, and awareness. He is grateful to be training teachers and offering weekly AM classes in Sedona, and grateful to the outstanding Yoga community here.
Dani has studied many different forms of yoga & movement practice from a very young age; but after she found her way to her first Dharma Yoga class in 2010, everything changed. Through her experience of heartfelt self-practice, and intensive studies with Sri Dharma Mittra (and his senior teachers), she has discovered the unique potency of this lineage of yoga: an unparalleled set of tools for embodied empowerment, a playful approach to dissolving blockages (both physical and mental), and a living teaching which demonstrates the presence of Grace in all things.
She participated in Sri Dharma Mittra’s 200-hour “Life of a Yogi” teacher training program in June 2011 (achieving certification the following May), and she obtained her 500-hour certification in 2013. In 2015, she completed Sri Dharma’s advanced 800-hour training program.

Ashtanga Primary Series
Chris has been living in Arizona and practicing yoga since 1994 and took his 200hr teacher training in Flagstaff Arizona in 2015 after discovering the Mysore style of Ashtanga Yoga at a Tim Feldman workshop. In August of that year he began practicing under level 2 authorized teacher, Lisa Schrempp, and immediately decided that this was the way yoga was meant to be conveyed. He quickly transitioned from general vinyasa style yoga to exclusively Ashtanga and began commuting to Phoenix weekly to practice under Lisa. Chris began training as Lisa’s Mysore assistant in February of 2016 and continues to do so currently. Chris has traveled extensively, practicing Mysore style Ashtanga yoga under more than a dozen other authorized and certified Ashtanga teachers, including Saraswathi and Sharath Jois in Mysore, India. He believes that Ashtanga yoga is accessible to bodies of all ages, sizes and abilities, and loves to teach those that are new to yoga and to Ashtanga. Chris’s intention is to convey the Ashtanga yoga method to students the way that it was taught to him by Lisa and the Jois family in the tradition of Sri K Pattabhi Jois. You will usually find Chris assisting Lisa in the Mysore room in Phoenix or holding Mysore and Led classes in Flagstaff and now Sedona at Aumbase. He can be reached at 520-237-8714 or flagstaffas
Samuel Magaziner, more commonly known in the yoga world as Sam Samadhi, has spent over a thousand hours studying various styles of yoga, ranging from yoga therapeutics to Dharma Yoga as taught by master teacher Sri Dharma Mittra. Sam is known for his devotion and spontaneity which reflect in his intuitive, heart-centered teaching style. He utilizes a unique understanding of the postures along with powerful, hands-on adjustments and verbal cues to effectively guide students into the depths of yogic sadhana. He often describes his personal introduction into the sacred science of yoga as a “remembering” of something already known deep within. As such, Sam attributes most of what he has learned to the earnestness and fiery devotion inside of which he has practiced.
Although Sam exhibits a considerably advanced practice, his humility, selflessness, and ability to teach students of all levels is remarkable. Regardless of Sam’s wide range of explorations and involvement in various traditions and practices, his heart lies at the feet of his beloved spiritual master, David Spero, who has awakened Sam to the infinite Bliss of Consciousness through profound transmission of Para Bhakti (Supreme Devotion), Divine Light, and Kundalini Shakti (Divine Energy). As a result of sitting with David, Sam has come to realize that it is through Grace, and not merely one’s own efforts, that one awakens to the nature of the Divine Consciousness.
Sam currently holds a 500-hour certificate in Dharma Yoga and teaches locally in Sedona, Arizona where he lives with his girlfriend and co-teacher, Dani Gray.
Hatha Yoga Flow, Restorative
All roads lead to Rome. For Jeannette that road is yoga, which has been part of her life since 2003. Born and raised in Germany, her exploration of various styles of yoga, and a dedicated personal practice have led her to love this ancient system as a life-long tool for gaining insight, finding deeper meaning behind the seemingly mundane, and for ultimately transforming into the best version of ourselves. Inspired by her studies with Rod Stryker, Jeanne Heileman and Annie Carpenter, Jeannette’s down-to- earth approach emphasizes inquiry, exploration and the art of slowing down. Her teaching style is informed by alignment-based vinyasa flow, Iyengar, tantra, viniyoga and restorative yoga.
