Multidisciplinary Flow Yoga. This is a challenging form of Yoga that is structured to be accessible to diverse levels of physical ability. “Integral” is in reference to integrative teachers and thinkers (T. Krishnamacharya, Sri Aurobindo, Ken Wilbur). “Vinyasa” in this application is derived from the Ashtanga Vinyasa system of K.P. Jois, which is the template for Vinyasa. In preparing practice, expect a similar workout intensity as an Ashtanga primary series class. However, in this class there will be more variation in range of motion, variety of Asana, and progressive sequencing. This is a fun and engaging synthesis of the many variants of Vinyasa or Flow Yoga.
