A well-supported practice to enhance mobility and flexibility, coordination, strength and presence. This class is for all those who want to tune into the sensations of moving and breathing, at a slower pace. The blend of limbering dynamic movements, static poses with longer holds, plenty of time for breathing, and conscious relaxation aims at leaving practitioners calm, vitalized and fully present.

All roads lead to Rome. For Jeannette that road is yoga, which has been part of her life since 2003. Born and raised in Germany, her exploration of various styles of yoga, and a dedicated personal practice have led her to love this ancient system as a life-long tool for gaining insight, finding deeper meaning behind the seemingly mundane, and for ultimately transforming into the best version of ourselves. Inspired by her studies with Rod Stryker, Jeanne Heileman and Annie Carpenter, Jeannette’s down-to- earth approach emphasizes inquiry, exploration and the art of slowing down. Her teaching style is informed by alignment-based vinyasa flow, Iyengar, tantra, viniyoga and restorative yoga.
